Managing Director/NDIS Support Coordinator
Colin has over 30 years' experience working and Inservice for people with a disability & Mental Health.
He has worked in the Disability Employment Services for many years assisting and training people with disabilities to find permanent and meaningful employment in the open employment market. As well as Disability Service providers delivering daily care.
Over the last several years Colin has worked as an LAC (Local Area Coordinator), NDIS Planner and a Support Coordinator, He has professionally & passionately delivered NDIS services to Participant's and families to achieve their individual GOALS, to live as independently as they can.
Interest of Colin's:
Go Kan Ryu (GKR) Karate Instructor (Sensei) - Since 2011 Colin has been a Karate Instructor & volunteer. Giving his time to teach others the art of Karate.
Independent Support Coordinator
Tracy has over 20 years of experience working in the mental health in various roles with Non-Profit Organisations. Tracy is passionate about supporting all people, whether they be professionals, young people, early school leavers, highly disadvantaged or have barriers to achieving their full potential in employment, education or training.
Tracy believes that everyone should have the opportunity to be able to reach their potential without judgement or Stigma.
Tracy also have experience in administration, payroll and human resources within the private sector.
NDIS Children's Educational Support Coordinator
Linda is an experienced Early Childhood and Primary qualified Teacher with over 15 years working in Early Childhood and Primary School settings.
The last 7 years Linda has worked closely providing 1:1 support to children with special rights, and leading a team of inclusion educators to provide inclusion for children into the learning environment in a preschool setting.

Linda has skills and abilities in documenting children’s development, planning and implementing an inclusive program working to the strengths of children. She is able to collaborate with support services including Speech, Occupational therapists and Early Intervention services. Linda is passionate about working in partnership with families to support their evolving goals and hopes for their child.
